Full Stack Java Developer (Immediate Joiner)

We are seeking an experienced Full-stack Java developer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality IT solutions. The ideal candidate will take ownership of addressing technical challenges, driving product enhancements, and ensuring seamless software delivery. Key responsibilities

• Perform requirement analyses to ensure clarity and feasibility.
• Develop high-quality, detailed designs for software solutions.
• Conduct unit testing using automated frameworks to ensure robust code.
• Identify risks and devise mitigation plans to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Configure, develop, and enhance your own work while providing feedback on others’ work.
• Review code, conduct peer reviews, and maintain high coding standards.
• Implement and promote best practices for software development.

Must-Have Qualifications

• The candidate must have minimum 5 years of experience
• Programming Languages: Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Frameworks & Libraries: jQuery, Bootstrap, Spring Boot
• Design Patterns: Familiarity with various design patterns
• Web Development: JSP (JavaServer Pages)
• Database Management: MySQL
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer and Technical Lead.
• Strong coding skills with proficiency in Linux and AWS.
• Hands-on experience with UI/UX design.
• Excellent understanding of software quality assurance principles.
• Technical mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with large-scale SaaS applications and multi-tenancy architectures.
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies and data integration solutions.
• Knowledge of risk identification and mitigation strategies.
