We are seeking an experienced Full-stack Java developer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality IT solutions. The ideal candidate will take ownership of addressing technical challenges, driving product enhancements, and ensuring seamless software delivery. The candidate must have minimum of 5 years of experience

  

Key responsibilities

*   Perform requirement analyses to ensure clarity and feasibility.
*   Develop high-quality, detailed designs for software solutions.
*   Conduct unit testing using automated frameworks to ensure robust code.
*   Identify risks and devise mitigation plans to ensure smooth project delivery.
*   Configure, develop, and enhance your own work while providing feedback on others’ work.
*   Review code, conduct peer reviews, and maintain high coding standards.
*   Implement and promote best practices for software development.

  

Must-Have Qualifications

*   The candidate must have minimum 5 years of experience
*   Programming Languages: Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
*   Frameworks & Libraries: jQuery, Bootstrap, Spring Boot
*   Design Patterns: Familiarity with various design patterns
*   Web Development: JSP (JavaServer Pages)
*   Database Management: MySQL
*   Proven experience as a Software Engineer and Technical Lead.
*   Strong coding skills with proficiency in Linux and AWS.
*   Hands-on experience with UI/UX design.
*   Excellent understanding of software quality assurance principles.
*   Technical mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  

Nice-to-Have Skills

*   Experience with large-scale SaaS applications and multi-tenancy architectures.
*   Familiarity with Big Data technologies and data integration solutions.
*   Knowledge of risk identification and mitigation strategies.
