Title: Mid-Level UI/UX Designer

Experience:- 7+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

Design intuitive and engaging user experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Develop and maintain consistent design systems and visual language that aligns with brand guidelines and enhances user engagement.
Create responsive designs optimized for web, mobile, and tablet platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences across devices.
Conduct usability testing, stakeholder interviews, and user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional UI/UX solutions.
Define user interactions and animations to enhance usability and engagement, using tools like Framer or Principle.
Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices in usability and UX.
Incorporate user feedback and data-driven insights to iterate on design solutions and enhance product usability.
Create design specifications and collaborate with front-end developers for smooth handoffs and implementation support.
