Title: Mid-Level UI/UX Designer

 

Experience:- 7+ Years

 

Key Responsibilities:

* Design intuitive and engaging user experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
* Develop and maintain consistent design systems and visual language that aligns with brand guidelines and enhances user engagement.
* Create responsive designs optimized for web, mobile, and tablet platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences across devices.
* Conduct usability testing, stakeholder interviews, and user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
* Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional UI/UX solutions.
* Define user interactions and animations to enhance usability and engagement, using tools like Framer or Principle.
* Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices in usability and UX.
* Incorporate user feedback and data-driven insights to iterate on design solutions and enhance product usability.
* Create design specifications and collaborate with front-end developers for smooth handoffs and implementation support.
