🎯 About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in identifying, pitching, and closing clients for our digital marketing solutions.

You’ll act as the bridge between businesses and our strategy team — understanding client goals, positioning solutions, and ensuring smooth handovers for execution.

This role combines sales strategy, consultative selling, and marketing know-how, ideal for someone who loves talking to business owners and helping them grow.

💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in digital marketing and advertising services.
  • Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and calls to generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct discovery calls, understand client pain points, and recommend the right marketing solutions.
  • Pitch Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, influencer marketing, and other digital growth services confidently.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to client goals.
  • Maintain CRM and ensure accurate tracking of leads, follow-ups, and deal pipelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handoff to account managers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.

✅ Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within a marketing, advertising, or digital agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, or PPC).
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of consultative sales, closing deals, and hitting revenue goals.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Familiar with CRM and outbound tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Apollo.io.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

💡 Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Prior experience selling agency retainers or marketing packages.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce, D2C, or SMB client segments.
  • Understanding of campaign KPIs like ROAS, CPL, CTR, and CPA.
