Right now, one of our awesome clients is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (WFH) who’s got the scars, the stories, and the stats to prove they know their stuff.
About the Role
- You won’t be managing people. You’ll be managing performance.
- This is a role for someone who lives and breathes digital ads—and wants full ownership, autonomy, and the tools to go deep.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Own full-funnel campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Run targeting, key-wording, copy, creatives, tracking, reporting—end-to-end.
- Tweak, tune, test, and retest to drive down CPL, CPA and drive up results.
- Spot broken tags, bad placements, and bloated setups before someone asks.
- Collaborate (nicely) with CRO, creatives, and stakeholders.

- You spot issues in GTM (Google Tag Manager) and GA4 (Google Analytics 4) with your eyes closed.

About YOUR Work History
- 7+ years in digital ads, 5+ deeply embedded in-house or client-side.
- You’ve owned campaigns from start to iteration and optimization.
- You’ve done B2B lead gen (not just traffic or awareness).
- You’ve worked with real budgets and delivered real results.
