Right now, one of our awesome clients is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (WFH) who’s got the scars, the stories, and the stats to prove they know their stuff.

 

About the Role

* You won’t be managing people. You’ll be managing performance.
* This is a role for someone who lives and breathes digital ads—and wants full ownership, autonomy, and the tools to go deep.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

* Own full-funnel campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
* Run targeting, key-wording, copy, creatives, tracking, reporting—end-to-end.
* Tweak, tune, test, and retest to drive down CPL, CPA and drive up results.
* Spot broken tags, bad placements, and bloated setups _before_ someone asks.
* Collaborate (nicely) with CRO, creatives, and stakeholders.

* 7+ years in digital ads, 5+ deeply embedded in-house or client-side.
* You’ve owned campaigns from start to iteration and optimization.
* You’ve done B2B lead gen (not just traffic or awareness).
* You’ve worked with real budgets and delivered real results.

* Full-time, 7am–4pm MNL (with flexibility).
* 100% remote — work from wherever you do your best work ; with Quarterly Eastwood office visits.
* Occasional check-ins and virtual huddles.
