You'll own the US regional marketing function. That means developing localized strategies aligned to global brand objectives, managing distributor and partner ecosystems, launching multi-channel campaigns, and turning regional market data into executive-level insights.
This is not a single-channel role. You'll be expected to drive results across strategy, campaigns, events, analytics, and stakeholder management simultaneously. The right candidate brings broad marketing leadership experience in biotech or pharma, a science background strong enough to credibly represent a complex technical portfolio, and the ability to move between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution.
