We are seeking a forward-facing & true Digital Marketing Expert with creative thinking, hands-on expertise, and excellent English communication with the following skills:
- Effectively analyze Analytics
- Strong hands-on expertise in at least 3 digital marketing channels
- Ability to create compelling and engaging copy for marketing campaigns
- Increase the brand awareness, engagement and conversions
- Create and implement effective strategy to target recruiters to post jobs & candidates to apply to jobs
- Effectively use of AI to streamline tasks and improve results
The Goals for this position are to achieve the following:
- Generate 100 job postings monthly listed on the site within 2 months
- 500 job postings monthly listed within 6 months
- 1000 job postings monthly listed within 12 months
- Majority of jobs should get its first applicant within 1 business day
Required Skills:
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Strong copywriting skills
- 7+ years of digital marketing experience and expertise in at least 3 online marketing channels
- Proven ability to use AI effectively to streamline and enhance marketing results
- Proven ability to lead and grow marketing teams
- Proven track record of growing brands online, by showcasing previous results
- Ideation-driven and proven ability to create strategies to ensure goals are met
