OysterLink is the newest and fastest-growing restaurant & hospitality job site. The site just launched recently and is generating over 300,000 monthly visitors organically.

Our goal is to generate millions of monthly visitors organically within two years' time

We are seeking a forward-facing & true Digital Marketing Expert with creative thinking, hands-on expertise, and excellent English communication with the following skills:

• Effectively analyze Analytics
• Strong hands-on expertise in at least 3 digital marketing channels
• Ability to create compelling and engaging copy for marketing campaigns
• Increase the brand awareness, engagement and conversions
• Create and implement effective strategy to target recruiters to post jobs & candidates to apply to jobs
• Effectively use of AI to streamline tasks and improve results

The Goals for this position are to achieve the following:

• Generate 100 job postings monthly listed on the site within 2 months
• 500 job postings monthly listed within 6 months
• 1000 job postings monthly listed within 12 months
• Majority of jobs should get its first applicant within 1 business day

Required Skills:

• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Strong copywriting skills
• 7+ years of digital marketing experience and expertise in at least 3 online marketing channels
• Proven ability to use AI effectively to streamline and enhance marketing results
• Proven ability to lead and grow marketing teams
• Proven track record of growing brands online, by showcasing previous results
• Ideation-driven and proven ability to create strategies to ensure goals are met
