We are seeking a forward-facing & true Digital Marketing Expert with creative thinking, hands-on expertise, and excellent English communication with the following skills:

 

* Effectively analyze Analytics
* Strong hands-on expertise in at least 3 digital marketing channels
* Ability to create compelling and engaging copy for marketing campaigns
* Increase the brand awareness, engagement and conversions
* Create and implement effective strategy to target recruiters to post jobs & candidates to apply to jobs
* Effectively use of AI to streamline tasks and improve results

The Goals for this position are to achieve the following:

* Generate 100 job postings monthly listed on the site within 2 months
* 500 job postings monthly listed within 6 months
* 1000 job postings monthly listed within 12 months
* Majority of jobs should get its first applicant within 1 business day

 

 

Required Skills:

* Excellent English speaking and writing skills
* Strong copywriting skills
* 7+ years of digital marketing experience and expertise in at least 3 online marketing channels
* Proven ability to use AI effectively to streamline and enhance marketing results
* Proven ability to lead and grow marketing teams
* Proven track record of growing brands online, by showcasing previous results
* Ideation-driven and proven ability to create strategies to ensure goals are met
