We are looking for a motivated and integrity-focused individual to join our team as an Associate Cloud Support Engineer. Your role will be to support our clients, assist other support teams, and provide top-notch remote technical support. Key responsibilities include monitoring systems and client communications, identifying ways to improve customer experiences, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and team members, especially during service disruptions. Job Requirements
Provide remote support for technical issues.
Monitoring of systems, channels, and client communications.
Assistance with improving documentation, processes, and procedures.
Identify and act quickly on opportunities to enhance customer experience.
Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative, and effective relationships internally and externally.
Assuring effective communication to customer stakeholders in the event of a service disruption, degradation, or outage to make sure that they receive the latest updates as our operations teams work to restore full service.
Continuously improve your skills, product expertise, and knowledge on related technical topics.
Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.
Expertise you bring
Excellent communication skills and an ability to follow documented processes is required.
1+ years of hands-on experience with ticketing systems and triage is required.
1+ years combined Windows or Linux system administration experience is required.
Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related discipline a plus.
Any Cloud Foundational certifications are a plus (Cloud Practitioner, AZ-900, CompTia Cloud Essentials, etc…).
Experience working in large enterprise environments is a plus.
Working knowledge of Linux including Red Hat, Centos, and Ubuntu is a plus.
Experience with cloud-based deployments is a plus.
Experience troubleshooting infrastructure in an enterprise environment is a plus.
Familiarity with compliance standards and rules for PCI, SOC-2, and HIPAA is a plus.
Automation experience is a plus; Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, CloudFormation.
Experience with cloud monitoring solutions is a plus, (i.e. AWS CloudWatch, Nagios, New Relic, Pingdom, and PagerDuty).
Relevant Microsoft certifications (such as MCSE or MCSM) would be a bonus.
Knowledge of Cloud Services such as AWS, Azure, & GCP are a great bonus.
We offer schedule rotation and covering shifts as necessary is required.
You will have access to several customer production sites and applications. Confidentiality and non-disclosure of client information is a requirement and non-negotiable.
