MOSS Building & Design, an award-winning home remodeling company based in Northern Virginia, is seeking a part-time Marketing Operations Manager to support our growing team. This role is a key partner to our Chief Marketing Officer, ensuring marketing initiatives run efficiently, on time, and with strong cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the operations lead for marketing campaigns, managing timelines, deliverables, and coordination across teams
Translate strategy into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams and external partners (creative, digital, CRM, web, and content)
Maintain the marketing calendar, assign tasks, monitor progress, and uphold quality standards throughout each project
Support performance tracking and campaign reporting in partnership with analytics
Ensure alignment across stakeholders through proactive communication and hands-on problem-solving

Qualifications

4–6 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related field
Prior project management experience strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline preferred

Role Details

Part-Time: Approximately 20 hours per week
Location: Northern Virginia (remote considered for candidates in EST or CST time zones)
