Marketing Operations Manager – Part-Time

MOSS Building & Design, an award-winning home remodeling company based in Northern Virginia, is seeking a part-time Marketing Operations Manager to support our growing team. This role is a key partner to our Chief Marketing Officer, ensuring marketing initiatives run efficiently, on time, and with strong cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities 
 


* Serve as the operations lead for marketing campaigns, managing timelines, deliverables, and coordination across teams
* Translate strategy into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams and external partners (creative, digital, CRM, web, and content)
* Maintain the marketing calendar, assign tasks, monitor progress, and uphold quality standards throughout each project
* Support performance tracking and campaign reporting in partnership with analytics
* Ensure alignment across stakeholders through proactive communication and hands-on problem-solving

Qualifications 
 


* 4–6 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related field
* Prior project management experience strongly preferred
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline preferred 
 
 

Role Details 
 


* Part-Time: Approximately 20 hours per week
* Location: Northern Virginia (remote considered for candidates in EST or CST time zones)
