Job Description
- Develop and execute own digital E-Commerce strategies to boost brand and corporate visibility
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs and insights
- Analyze data to uncover trends and deliver actionable recommendations
- Drive personalized customer experiences across online and offline channels (Loyalty program)
- Collaborate cross-functionally and manage digital budgets with monthly forecasts
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years in marketing/advertising, with 3+ years in digital e-commerce.
- Experience in both agency and food business is a strong plus
- Strong in digital strategy, analytics, loyalty program and cross-functional collaboration
- Fluent in English; able to speak Japanese language skills are a bonus
