Job Description 
 


* Develop and execute own digital E-Commerce strategies to boost brand and corporate visibility
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs and insights
* Analyze data to uncover trends and deliver actionable recommendations
* Drive personalized customer experiences across online and offline channels (Loyalty program)
* Collaborate cross-functionally and manage digital budgets with monthly forecasts 
 
 
 

The Successful Applicant 
 


* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
* 5+ years in marketing/advertising, with 3+ years in digital e-commerce.
* Experience in both agency and food business is a strong plus
* Strong in digital strategy, analytics, loyalty program and cross-functional collaboration
* Fluent in English; able to speak Japanese language skills are a bonus
