About Mentor Match
Mentor Match is a fast-growing Edtech platform focused on personalized tutoring for K–12 students. We help parents and students connect with expert tutors who can guide them towards academic success. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital campaigns, drive high-quality parent leads, and optimize marketing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage lead generation campaigns across Google Ads & Meta Ads with budgets of ₹10–15 lakhs/month.
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to achieve CPL, CTR, ROAS, and lead quality goals.
- Develop the channel mix strategy and allocate budgets effectively.
- Collaborate with content creators to build high-performing ad creatives (copy + visuals).
- Continuously analyze campaign data, generate insights, and recommend improvements.
- Design and run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and audiences.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
- Report on campaign performance to leadership with actionable recommendations.
Must-Haves
- Proven expertise in running & optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads (lead gen focused).
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with advanced knowledge of Ads Manager & Google Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with budget management (₹10–15 lakhs/month).
- Minimum 2 years in Edtech lead generation with proven results.
- Understanding of parent & student decision-making cycles in education.
- Experience in startup / high-growth environments.
- Cross-functional ability to work closely with content and product teams.
Good to Have
- Prior experience in performance marketing for tutoring, K–12, or test-prep businesses.
- Knowledge of automation tools, tracking setups (UTM, pixel, GA4).
- Exposure to remarketing, lookalike audiences, and funnel optimization.
