🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and user-friendly web and mobile application interfaces.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experiences.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to define design solutions.
• Develop responsive and accessible designs following industry best practices.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
• Transform business requirements into engaging user experiences.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and product requirements.
• Ensure consistency across all digital products and platforms.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and design practices.

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
• Proficiency in Figma (required).
• Experience with Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Strong understanding of UI principles, UX methodologies, and design thinking.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups.
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts is a plus.
• Experience working with design systems and reusable components.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

🔹 Nice to Have

• Experience designing SaaS, FinTech, Healthcare, or E-commerce products.
• Familiarity with animation and micro-interactions using tools like Principle, ProtoPie, or After Effects.
• Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing.
• Knowledge of Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
• Experience collaborating closely with React.js or React Native development teams.
