🔹 Key Responsibilities

* Design intuitive and user-friendly web and mobile application interfaces.
* Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
* Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experiences.
* Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to define design solutions.
* Develop responsive and accessible designs following industry best practices.
* Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
* Transform business requirements into engaging user experiences.
* Iterate designs based on user feedback and product requirements.
* Ensure consistency across all digital products and platforms.
* Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and design practices.

 

🔹 Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
* 1–2 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
* Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
* Proficiency in Figma (required).
* Experience with Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
* Strong understanding of UI principles, UX methodologies, and design thinking.
* Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups.
* Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).
* Understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
* Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts is a plus.
* Experience working with design systems and reusable components.
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

 

🔹 Nice to Have

* Experience designing SaaS, FinTech, Healthcare, or E-commerce products.
* Familiarity with animation and micro-interactions using tools like Principle, ProtoPie, or After Effects.
* Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing.
* Knowledge of Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
* Familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
* Experience collaborating closely with React.js or React Native development teams.
