We’re partnering with a fast‑growing international B2B events & media organisation that’s ready for its next phase of scale. They need a Marketing Director who can take full ownership of the function, elevate performance, and drive measurable commercial impact across multiple verticals.
You’ll stand out if you bring:
⭐ Proven Director‑level ownership of a marketing function
⭐ Strong B2B events and/or media experience — ideally with real commercial accountability
⭐ Evidence of building or restructuring a marketing team
⭐ Clear experience setting KPIs, raising standards & managing performance
• A strong commercial mindset across ticket sales, sponsorship, pipeline & revenue attribution
• Ability to operate strategically while staying close to execution in a lean environment
The Role
This is a strategic, commercially heavy leadership position with full P&L ownership, pipeline responsibility, and direct revenue impact. You’ll lead a team across four established pillars:

• A unified marketing calendar tied to commercial priorities

• Event marketing for large‑scale B2B conferences
• Media & content marketing across digital & partner channels
• Commercial marketing focused on pipeline, conversion & revenue attribution
• Select agency management with full control over briefs & spend

• A senior B2B marketing leader (events ,media, SaaS, fintech, data)
• Proven experience building and leading a marketing function — not just managing one
• Strong commercial instincts: pipeline, attribution, P&L, revenue growth
• Experience turning around or elevating an underperforming team
• A leader who sets clear KPIs and builds a proactive, accountable culture
• Strategic mindset with hands‑on quality control
• Strong collaboration with Sales & RevOps
