In addition to other product offerings, the company manufactures, markets and sells Element ICF (www.ElementICF.com) and Heat-Sheet Radiant Floor Panels (www.Heat-Sheet.com) to the eastern Canadian and USA markets through building material retail channels. Both products are market leaders in their respective building material categories.

The Opportunity
The Director of Sales & Marketing at Form Solutions plays a critical role in driving the company's revenue growth, brand awareness, and market positioning. This is a full-time employment position. You will work from your home office but will be expected to attend numerous meetings in-office. This position will likely involve 40% – 50% travel to locations in Canada and USA.

Compensation Package
Base Salary - Up to $150,000 per annum, depending upon qualifications and experience
Bonus - Up to $45,000 per annum, based upon the attainment of annual sales targets
Benefits - Company cell phone and laptop computer provided
Vehicle mileage allowance of $0.70/km paid
Reimbursed for approved travel, meals and accommodation expenses
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
· You pursue excellence with humility. You deliver what you promise.
· You are an independent, self managing professional with a talent for analytical thinking and problem solving.
· At least 10 years of experience in building material sales. A track record of exceptional growth and performance.
· Successful sales management experience – managing a sales staff of at least 3.
· A Sales Hunter and Farmer mentality – a track record of landing significant deals from unexpected places while managing and developing existing accounts.
· Able to effectively deliver presentations to large audiences.
· Strong technical aptitude for residential and light commercial construction.
· Insulated Concrete Form construction experience is a bonus.
