Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with expertise in NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) and a strong background in AI development and tool integration. This role will focus on designing, developing, and optimizing scalable systems that bridge financial automation with intelligent, AI-driven capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions within the NetSuite ecosystem, with a focus on the ARM module.
• Implement and customize revenue recognition processes in compliance with accounting standards (ASC 606 / IFRS 15).
• Build and integrate AI-powered tools and services to enhance automation, analytics, and decision-making.
• Develop APIs and middleware to connect NetSuite with internal and external systems.
• Collaborate with finance, product, and data teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and data accuracy across platforms.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and evaluate their applicability to business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across financial and AI systems.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience working with NetSuite, including hands-on experience with the ARM module.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and financial workflows.
• Experience in AI/ML development, including building or integrating AI tools (e.g., NLP, predictive models, or automation agents).
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with AI frameworks/libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar).
• Prior experience working in finance, SaaS, or enterprise systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, or ARM-related certifications).
• Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI tool orchestration.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
