Job Overview 
 
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with expertise in NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) and a strong background in AI development and tool integration. This role will focus on designing, developing, and optimizing scalable systems that bridge financial automation with intelligent, AI-driven capabilities. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
 


* Design, develop, and maintain solutions within the NetSuite ecosystem, with a focus on the ARM module.
* Implement and customize revenue recognition processes in compliance with accounting standards (ASC 606 / IFRS 15).
* Build and integrate AI-powered tools and services to enhance automation, analytics, and decision-making.
* Develop APIs and middleware to connect NetSuite with internal and external systems.
* Collaborate with finance, product, and data teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Optimize system performance, scalability, and data accuracy across platforms.
* Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and evaluate their applicability to business needs.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across financial and AI systems. 
 
 

Required Qualifications 
 


* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience working with NetSuite, including hands-on experience with the ARM module.
* Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and financial workflows.
* Experience in AI/ML development, including building or integrating AI tools (e.g., NLP, predictive models, or automation agents).
* Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
* Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Experience with AI frameworks/libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar).
* Prior experience working in finance, SaaS, or enterprise systems. 
 
 

Preferred Qualifications 
 


* NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, or ARM-related certifications).
* Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
* Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI tool orchestration.
* Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
