We’re now looking for a Founding Marketing Manager to join us and build our marketing function from the ground up.

As we scale, we’re seeking people who are ambitious, creative, and ready to make an outsized impact.

What You’ll Do

This isn’t about maintaining status quo marketing. As our Founding Marketing Manager, you’ll architect, execute, and iterate on the programs and brand that drive real growth.

You will:

  • Run demand generation & lead acquisition campaigns - both inbound (content, SEO, partnerships) and outbound (email, LinkedIn, events) - and collaborate with sales to build and optimize our lead funnel.
  • Own our content & communication strategy: Identify and prioritize channels (LinkedIn, blog, case studies, events, podcasts, etc.) and create high-impact content that educates, engages, and converts.
  • Organize events: Plan and execute digital and in-person events - from webinars to customer workshops and industry meetups.
  • Continually refine laiout’s positioning, value proposition, and messaging for each customer segment, working directly with founders and early customers.

Who You Are

You’re not just any marketer – you’re a builder. You want to put your fingerprints on a fast-scaling startup and see your work drive real company outcomes.

  • 3–7 years of experience in high-value B2B SaaS marketing, ideally as an early marketing hire or “full-stack” generalist.
  • AI-first approach: You actively use AI tools to boost productivity and are always looking for new ways to leverage them.
  • You love the challenge of building from zero: You’re a self-starter who enjoys developing new channels, running experiments, iterating quickly, and learning directly from customer feedback.
  • You’re equal parts strategic and hands-on: You can craft a messaging framework, design a campaign, write compelling copy, and analyze what’s working – all in the same week.
  • You have a bias for action and are comfortable with ambiguity, making decisions with imperfect information.
  • Fluent in English (written and oral); additional European languages are a plus.
  • Right to work in Norway/EU/EEA.
