Marketing Product Development

• Lead commercial efforts for software projects, ensuring alignment with QMS and GPDS processes.
• Define portfolio strategy and roadmap for the BD Infusion platform.
• Collect, prioritize, and communicate unmet needs through Voice of Customer.
• Build global launch and commercialization plans for downstream excellence.
• Conduct market research to assess global opportunities and product concepts.
• Develop evidence generation plans to support differentiated messaging.
• Update financial models and market assessments to communicate project revenue.
• Deliver impactful presentations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Promote a positive, collaborative culture within the Marketing department.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing or product management, preferably in the medical device sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; strong communication skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 25%).
• Experience with connected clinical software solutions and Quality Management Systems preferred.

Preferred:

• Understanding of the IV infusion pump market and relevant stakeholders.
