KAYGEN

* Lead commercial efforts for software projects, ensuring alignment with QMS and GPDS processes.
* Define portfolio strategy and roadmap for the BD Infusion platform.
* Collect, prioritize, and communicate unmet needs through Voice of Customer.
* Build global launch and commercialization plans for downstream excellence.
* Conduct market research to assess global opportunities and product concepts.
* Develop evidence generation plans to support differentiated messaging.
* Update financial models and market assessments to communicate project revenue.
* Deliver impactful presentations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
* Promote a positive, collaborative culture within the Marketing department.

Qualifications:

* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
* 5+ years of experience in marketing or product management, preferably in the medical device sector.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; strong communication skills.
* Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 25%).
* Experience with connected clinical software solutions and Quality Management Systems preferred.

Preferred:

* Understanding of the IV infusion pump market and relevant stakeholders.
