This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a DevOps Engineer III in India.

As a senior DevOps Engineer, you will take full ownership of the company’s infrastructure, designing and managing highly resilient systems to support AI-powered applications at scale. You will implement cloud-native solutions, optimize deployment pipelines, and ensure reliability, observability, and security across multi-cloud environments. The role requires hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, CI/CD, vector databases, and monitoring tools, while also mentoring peers and influencing best practices. You will collaborate closely with AI, engineering, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery of mission-critical workflows and contribute to shaping the company’s infrastructure strategy.

• Accountabilities
• Design, implement, and scale infrastructure across cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure), ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.
• Build and manage Kubernetes clusters, service meshes, and secure ingress controllers for resilient workloads.
• Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD, Jenkins, or GitOps workflows.
• Deploy and monitor AI/LLM workflows, defining key performance, latency, and cost metrics.
• Implement observability, logging, and tracing for multi-turn queries and real-time pipelines.
• Manage and optimize vector databases for high concurrency and hybrid retrieval tasks.
• Develop scripts and tools (Python, Bash, Go) for automation, log management, and operational support.
• Mentor team members and promote DevOps best practices across the organization.
• Requirements
• 5–8 years of core DevOps experience with hands-on infrastructure design and management.
• Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and container orchestration.
• Proficient in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Crossplane.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and custom deployment automation.
• Proven ability to deploy and manage AI/LLM workflows in production environments.
• Expertise in vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) and cloud-native observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go) and knowledge of cloud security best practices.
• Familiarity with service meshes, networking, and multi-cluster architectures.
