AI Proofreading Service Consultant

I am looking for a skilled consultant to help scope out an AI proofreading services.

Responsibilities

• Provide a detailed architecture sketch, including buy/build decisions.
• Identify potential risks / challenging aspects of the project.
• Prepare 2–3 budget range estimates for different phases (MVP, V1, V2) along with timeline assumptions.
• Formulate a next-step build plan that includes key milestones and identification of development resources.

Required Skills

• Experience in project planning and management, especially for AI projects.
• Strong analytical skills to assess buy/build decisions and budget estimations.
• Ability to identify and articulate risks and challenges in tech projects.
• Excellent communication skills for clear documentation and stakeholder engagement.

Nice to Have

Experience in:

• Document ingestion/parsing
• SaaS security (SOC2, data retention, encryption)
• Production LLM systems
