CoinTracker is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to own paid acquisition and build AI-native systems that compound. You will orchestrate end-to-end growth loops across Google, Meta, and SEO while designing automated workflows for creative production and attribution. What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for paid acquisition across Google, Meta, Reddit, and CTV to drive efficient, scalable CAC.
• Design and ship AI-native workflows that automate creative variation, landing page generation, and multi-step lifecycle triggers.
• Define and defend a robust attribution framework that ties marketing spend directly to incremental business outcomes and revenue.

The ideal candidate

• Has 5+ years of performance marketing experience at a consumer SaaS or fintech company, with a proven track record of hitting growth targets.
• Demonstrates "marketing engineer" thinking by building production-ready automated systems and agents rather than just executing tasks.
• Possesses exceptional direct-response skills, including writing high-performing copy and hooks that consistently beat controls across paid and organic channels.
