Senior Software Engineer (Customer-Facing) - MSquared

The Role

We’re looking to hire a talented Senior Software Engineer with expertise in modern web technologies, a passion for virtual worlds and interoperable metaverse, pragmatic decision making, and core skills in professional communication with customers. You’ll be an integral part of shaping our platform’s evolution as the bridge between our core platform capabilities and the project goals of our customers. You’ll be both responsible for building out demonstratively capable solutions of what’s possible with the platform, and while also being technically accountable for customer projects’ success at a high level.

Your Opportunity

• Developing Solutions: Build on top of MSquared’s platform for virtual-world scalability and interoperability, leveraging various technologies to create high-impact solutions.
• Rapid Iteration: Quickly incorporate feedback to ensure solutions align with real customer needs and deliver impactful value.
• Strategic Decision-Making: Make trade-offs across business priorities, customer experience, and technical sustainability.
• Exploration & Innovation: Initiate and test strategic projects to expand the platform's capabilities, utility, and accessibility.
• Customer Collaboration: Work directly with customer teams to architect solutions and support their project development.
• Technical Accountability: Be responsible for the technical success of partnered customer events and projects.

Product Evolution: Collaborate with product leadership to influence platform direction and strategy.
