The Role:
We are seeking a forward-thinking Performance Marketing Specialist with deep, hands-on experience in Adobe GenStudio. In this role, you will be the bridge between creative content and campaign performance, using GenStudio to rapidly produce, test, and optimize high-performing assets at scale. You will be instrumental in building a new, agile content supply chain that directly impacts our ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the in-house subject matter expert on Adobe GenStudio, including Firefly, Express, and Workfront, for the performance marketing team.
- Use GenStudio to rapidly ideate, generate, and produce a high volume of creative variations (imagery, text, templates) for A/B testing across paid social, PPC, display, and email marketing channels.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify winning creative elements and inform the next cycle of asset generation, creating a continuous feedback loop.
- Collaborate with designers and content strategists to establish scalable creative workflows and brand-compliant templates within the Adobe ecosystem.
- Manage and organize digital assets and creative briefs using Adobe Workfront to streamline collaboration and project timelines.
- Stay ahead of the curve on new GenStudio features and generative AI trends, proactively identifying opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Report on the impact of GenStudio-driven content, demonstrating how speed-to-market and creative agility contribute to key performance metrics (CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, etc.).
What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)
Must-Haves:
- 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing paid campaigns (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn).
- Direct, practical experience with Adobe GenStudio is essential. You must be able to demonstrate how you've used it to create and manage marketing content.
- Strong proficiency with the broader Adobe Experience Cloud, particularly Adobe Express and familiarity with Firefly.
- A data-obsessed mindset with expertise in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to derive insights and make data-driven creative decisions.
- Solid understanding of A/B and multivariate testing methodologies for creative assets.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate the value of generative AI in marketing to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points For):
- Experience with Adobe Workfront for project management.
- A foundational understanding of other AI content generation tools.
- Experience in an agency setting, managing multiple client campaigns.
Basic knowledge of digital asset management (DAM) principles.
