The Client:

Our client is a fast-growing, mission-driven CPG wellness brand disrupting the supplement space through cutting-edge nutrition products. The business has experienced significant traction in the DTC and retail channels and is scaling rapidly. Their culture values ownership, curiosity, and a no-ego approach to building something meaningful.

The Role

We’re looking for a strategic and solutions-focused leader to join the team as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing brand operations and campaign execution. You’ll be at the heart of how creative work gets done: driving processes, streamlining resources, and ensuring seamless collaboration across marketing and creative teams. This is a critical role for someone who thrives on bringing clarity to chaos, loves leading cross-functional work, and knows how to build systems that scale.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior leadership to define and implement the long-term vision for brand project management and creative operations
• Build and refine workflows, tools, and team structures that drive clarity, efficiency, and scalability
• Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration through alignment, clear documentation, and smooth handoffs
• Own project plans from kickoff through delivery, managing timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resources
• Lead execution of integrated campaigns across TV, digital, packaging, and experiential channels
• Facilitate key meetings, remove blockers, and maintain momentum across all stages of a campaign
• Keep stakeholders informed with proactive updates on project status, risks, and next steps
• Ensure creative assets meet brand standards and are ready for launch
• Track project performance and optimize workflows to improve quality and output

What We Need to See (Essential)

• 5–7+ years of experience in project management within marketing or creative operations
• Hands-on experience with Monday.com and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems
• Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, from digital and social, to packaging and retail
• Exceptionally organized and detail-driven, with strong follow-through
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced CPG, Ecomm, or Retail environment
• Confident communicator who’s proactive, solutions-oriented, and collaborative
• Comfortable owning budgets, timelines, and process documentation

What We’d Like to See (Bonus)

• Background in scaling systems at a high-growth brand or agency
• Exposure to eCommerce or performance marketing environments

Package: $110,000 - $160,000
