We’re Futurify, a Canada-based digital-transformation firm with a 60-person engineering hub in Vietnam. Our three B2B SaaS products—ProcessIQ (workflow mining), Skuflo (inventory forecasting), and SR&ED AI (tax-credit automation)—serve North-American mid-market companies. You’ll be our first Vietnam-based marketing hire, dedicated to turning technical breakthroughs into qualified pipeline every sprint.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
What you’ll own (≈ 70 % of your time)
Demand Generation:
- Plan, launch, and optimize LinkedIn Ads, cold email sequences, and paid search campaigns targeting B2B decision-makers.
- Ensure campaigns consistently meet or exceed monthly MQL/SQL targets.
Conversion Content:
- Write and edit landing pages, one-pagers, and customer success stories in clear, persuasive, executive-level English.
- Brief and collaborate with freelancers on visual and video content production.
Growth Experimentation:
- Run A/B tests on messaging, audiences, and offers to improve performance.
- Analyze and report weekly insights on key metrics like CAC, CTR, conversion rates, and payback periods.
Marketing Operations:
- Maintain and improve HubSpot: lead lists, scoring rules, email workflows, and attribution dashboards.
What You’ll Support (≈ 30%)
- Align weekly with the Canada-based Sales team to refine ICP, buyer personas, and messaging.
- Collect and share real customer feedback with Product Managers to influence roadmap direction.
- Support local employer branding initiatives by collaborating with Vietnam HR on tech community events and meetups.
Six-month outcomes
- Lead volume – Double qualified inbound leads per product line (baseline = 20/month total).
- Efficiency – Achieve ≤ CA $1 000 blended CPL across the U.S. & Canada.
- Enablement – Build a content library that sales uses in 70% of live deals.
- Visibility – Roll out a real-time funnel dashboard used in bi-weekly leadership reviews.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-6 years in B2B marketing SaaS or tech-services marketing with clear lead-gen wins.
- Hands-on mastery of HubSpot (or similar), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, basic SEO
- English copywriting that turns dev jargon into CXO value props.
- Data mindset: comfortable with funnel math and statistical significance.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience marketing AI, automation, or process-mining solutions.
- Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem or Canadian B2B landscape.
- Basic design or video-editing chops (Canva, Adobe, or similar).
