- Market bench candidates by connecting with hiring managers and recruiters to find suitable placement opportunities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including digital, content, and email marketing, to promote Endpointech’s services and bench candidates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional materials, proposals, and client presentations.
- Manage social media channels and website content to maintain brand awareness and attract new business.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for growth.
- Oversee advertising campaigns on digital platforms to drive conversions and ROI.
