Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Representative and Marketing Manager to lead our brand presence, engage with prospective clients, and drive business growth. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing client communications, and promoting our bench candidates to potential employers. The ideal candidate will have strong business development skills, marketing expertise, and the ability to represent Endpointech LLC in client interactions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategic marketing and business development initiatives to increase company visibility and revenue.
* Act as a representative for Endpointech LLC, engaging with prospective clients, responding to inquiries, and fostering business relationships.
* Identify potential business opportunities, generate leads, and coordinate follow-ups to secure contracts and partnerships.
* Market bench candidates by connecting with hiring managers and recruiters to find suitable placement opportunities.
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including digital, content, and email marketing, to promote Endpointech’s services and bench candidates.
* Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional materials, proposals, and client presentations.
* Manage social media channels and website content to maintain brand awareness and attract new business.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for growth.
* Oversee advertising campaigns on digital platforms to drive conversions and ROI.
* Maintain a database of potential clients, track interactions, and follow up on business development efforts.
