ecoATM is seeking a B2B Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and demand generation campaigns for the US market. If you have a passion for creating impactful B2B marketing strategies and a proven ability to generate measurable results, we want to hear from you. In this critical role, you will elevate our B2B brand visibility while driving high-quality leads and conversions through a well-rounded digital approach spanning paid, earned, and owned media.
Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement strategies to drive B2B brand awareness, demand generation, and lead acquisition across digital media channels, with measurable KPIs for success.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and continuously optimize "owned” and “paid” media campaigns to maximize audience engagement and conversion rates.
- Product Marketing: Drive strategic marketing direction of products; be in the in-house expert on assigned products, milestones, and target markets; support the development sales collateral and sales enablement materials
- Channel Marketing: Manage and allocate ad spend across various channel partners; -- developing and managing strategic marketing relationships with retail partners that drives traffic to ecoATM Kiosk locations
- Budget and Vendor Management: Oversee digital media budgets and relationships with vendors; evaluate performance and recommend adjustments to maximize ROI and channel effectiveness.
- Content Development: Implement content development strategies to improve demand generation with thought leadership– whitepapers, case studies, webinars – driving organic traffic and increasing awareness and engagement; manage PR
- Analytics and Reporting: Own digital campaign analytics; deliver actionable insights on engagement, lead acquisition, and conversion metrics to inform data-driven strategies.
- Innovation and Media Strategy: Introduce marketing automation by proactively evaluate digital media vendors, emerging technologies, and AI tools to enhance campaign performance and develop innovative approaches for brand and demand goals.
- Digital Media Research: Conduct targeted analysis of audience behavior, platform trends, and competitor campaigns to refine ad targeting, optimize channel strategies, and improve campaign execution.
- Industry Events: Oversee all aspects of event execution from strategy development to post-event analysis, ensuring that every touchpoint aligns with ecoATM’s business goals including overall booth design and configuration – from key prospecting emails and sponsorships to booth set up and client events
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with creative, channel and product and marketing teams to align digital efforts with broader marketing objectives and business goals.
Requirements
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field; 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus onB2B and channel marketing
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven track record of success managing B2B digital campaigns, optimizing performance metrics, and driving measurable outcomes.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and GTM; experience with programmatic platforms and account-based advertising tools. Experience with marketing automation and B2B marketing tools.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and apply findings to refine campaigns; expertise in tracking CPM, CPC, CTR, CPL and conversions to optimize results.
- Vendor and Budget Management: Experience managing PR and media agencies digital ad spend, sponsorships and evaluating vendor performance to ensure cost-efficiency and ROI optimization.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop innovative strategies, evaluate new technologies, and drive meaningful campaign improvements.
- Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams and present insights to stakeholders effectively.
