We invite an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team to build a modern web-based portal for managing and monitoring IoT devices in refrigeration systems. In this role, you'll combine hands-on development with team leadership, guiding technical decisions and ensuring smooth delivery. You'll help create reliable, user-friendly tools for a global company specializing in smart, efficient control solutions for heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems.

✅ Is that you?

5+ years of hands-on software development experience
1-2+ years leading a Scrum team of up to 8 members
Experience building enterprise-level web applications
Strong .NET backend development skills
Solid frontend experience with Vue.js
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
Experience making technical decisions and ensuring code quality
Understanding of modern web architecture and APIs
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines
Strong sense of ownership, proactivity, and accountability
Excellent communication skills for working with stakeholders and customers
Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Desirable:

Familiarity with IoT platforms or SCADA systems

In this role, you'll serve as a technical leader for the team, driving technical decisions while actively contributing to software development.

Lead a Scrum team of engineers, balancing hands-on coding with technical guidance
Use your full-stack development expertise to guide the team in developing a web-based portal for managing and monitoring IoT devices in refrigeration systems
Make key technical decisions ensuring the high quality of the solution
Enhance the team's technical expertise through mentorship, code reviews, and technical discussions
Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders on technical subjects
Ensure smooth and timely delivery of project milestones
Promote a collaborative, motivated, and productive team environment
