We invite an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team to build a modern web-based portal for managing and monitoring IoT devices in refrigeration systems. In this role, you'll combine hands-on development with team leadership, guiding technical decisions and ensuring smooth delivery. You'll help create reliable, user-friendly tools for a global company specializing in smart, efficient control solutions for heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems.

* 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
* 1-2+ years leading a Scrum team of up to 8 members
* Experience building enterprise-level web applications
* Strong .NET backend development skills
* Solid frontend experience with Vue.js
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
* Experience making technical decisions and ensuring code quality
* Understanding of modern web architecture and APIs
* Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines
* Strong sense of ownership, proactivity, and accountability
* Excellent communication skills for working with stakeholders and customers
* Upper-Intermediate+ English level 
 
 
 

Desirable: 
 


* Familiarity with IoT platforms or SCADA systems 
 
 

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution 
 
In this role, you'll serve as a technical leader for the team, driving technical decisions while actively contributing to software development. 
 

* Lead a Scrum team of engineers, balancing hands-on coding with technical guidance
* Use your full-stack development expertise to guide the team in developing a web-based portal for managing and monitoring IoT devices in refrigeration systems
* Make key technical decisions ensuring the high quality of the solution
* Enhance the team's technical expertise through mentorship, code reviews, and technical discussions
* Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders on technical subjects
* Ensure smooth and timely delivery of project milestones
* Promote a collaborative, motivated, and productive team environment
