Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are currently partnered with a venture-backed start-up who are looking to disrupt the restaurant industry.

They want to hire a highly skilled AI Engineer to join their rapidly growing business.

Responsibilities:

• Work with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Gemini) and support automation for use cases like phone answering and drive-thru systems
• Develop and evaluate AI agents for real-world deployment in restaurants and food service
• Conduct benchmarks, evaluations, and empirical testing of LLM performance (not just unit tests)
• Collaborate closely with applied scientists on model behavior, prompting, and task reliability

Requirements:

• Strong engineering background with interest or experience in AI/ML applications
• Empirical mindset and comfort with evaluating model performance
• Python proficiency expected; foundation model integration experience is a plus
• Top-tier educational background preferred
• Bonus: Experience working with Gemini, AWS Bedrock, or custom deep learning pipelines
• Graduated from a top 30 US University
