Job Summary

The Consumer Experience Organization (CXO) is seeking a Graphic Designer to support The Studio by creating responsive web designs, digital assets, and scalable design systems. The role focuses on Figma-based web design, Photoshop production, content adaptation, and maintaining brand consistency across digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and update responsive web pages, landing pages, and digital components using Figma.
• Create, edit, retouch, resize, and optimize digital assets using Adobe Photoshop.
• Develop and maintain reusable Figma components, templates, and design systems.
• Adapt existing brand assets and campaign materials into web-ready digital deliverables.
• Ensure all creative assets follow brand guidelines and are production-ready.
• Collaborate with CXO, brand, MarTech, IBM, and agency teams to support digital campaigns.
• Utilize approved AI tools such as Adobe Firefly for creative exploration while maintaining brand compliance.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or Web Design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Design Systems.
• Advanced experience with Adobe Photoshop for image editing, retouching, compositing, and asset optimization.
• Experience creating responsive web layouts, landing pages, and digital assets.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with Adobe Firefly or similar AI-powered creative tools.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and collaboration skills.

Education

• Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Web Design, or a related field.
