Job Summary

The Consumer Experience Organization (CXO) is seeking a Graphic Designer to support The Studio by creating responsive web designs, digital assets, and scalable design systems. The role focuses on Figma-based web design, Photoshop production, content adaptation, and maintaining brand consistency across digital experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities

* Design and update responsive web pages, landing pages, and digital components using Figma.
* Create, edit, retouch, resize, and optimize digital assets using Adobe Photoshop.
* Develop and maintain reusable Figma components, templates, and design systems.
* Adapt existing brand assets and campaign materials into web-ready digital deliverables.
* Ensure all creative assets follow brand guidelines and are production-ready.
* Collaborate with CXO, brand, MarTech, IBM, and agency teams to support digital campaigns.
* Utilize approved AI tools such as Adobe Firefly for creative exploration while maintaining brand compliance.

 

Required Qualifications

* 2–5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or Web Design.
* Strong proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Design Systems.
* Advanced experience with Adobe Photoshop for image editing, retouching, compositing, and asset optimization.
* Experience creating responsive web layouts, landing pages, and digital assets.
* Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Familiarity with Adobe Firefly or similar AI-powered creative tools.
* Strong attention to detail, creativity, and collaboration skills.

 

Education

* Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Web Design, or a related field.
