About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy. This is a fully remote role, but you must be available to work US-based hours to align with our California team and customers.

Responsibilities
- Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies aligned with company and product goals
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (organic, paid, and partner-driven)
- Conduct market and competitor research to shape positioning and messaging
- Manage content creation across web, blog, email, social media, and product materials
- Lead SEO/SEM efforts, manage digital ad performance, and track key marketing KPIs
- Create and maintain marketing assets tailored to utility sector audiences
- Work closely with founders, product, and engineering teams to align messaging with product capabilities
- Support branding and go-to-market efforts for new SaaS product launches
Requirements
- 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B tech, SaaS, or GIS domains
- Experience with utility sector or infrastructure-related technologies is a strong plus
- Proven ability to lead and execute marketing initiatives independently
- Strong writing, storytelling, and content development skills
- Proficiency with SEO, paid acquisition, and social media marketing
- Skilled in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
- Excellent collaboration skills in remote cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Comfortable working Monday to Friday, 5:30 PM to 3:00 AM IST (US PST alignment)
