About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy. This is a fully remote role, but you must be available to work US-based hours to align with our California team and customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys building strategy from the ground up, and wants to shape the brand of a company operating at the intersection of GIS, SaaS, and utilities.

 

Responsibilities

* Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies aligned with company and product goals
* Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (organic, paid, and partner-driven)
* Conduct market and competitor research to shape positioning and messaging
* Manage content creation across web, blog, email, social media, and product materials
* Lead SEO/SEM efforts, manage digital ad performance, and track key marketing KPIs
* Create and maintain marketing assets tailored to utility sector audiences
* Work closely with founders, product, and engineering teams to align messaging with product capabilities
* Support branding and go-to-market efforts for new SaaS product launches

 

Requirements

* 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B tech, SaaS, or GIS domains
* Experience with utility sector or infrastructure-related technologies is a strong plus
* Proven ability to lead and execute marketing initiatives independently
* Strong writing, storytelling, and content development skills
* Proficiency with SEO, paid acquisition, and social media marketing
* Skilled in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
* Excellent collaboration skills in remote cross-functional teams
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
* Comfortable working Monday to Friday, 5:30 PM to 3:00 AM IST (US PST alignment)
