The Opportunity:

As our Operations Leader, you'll build the infrastructure that powers our growth from 10 to 25+ team members while maintaining our obsession with results.

You'll:

• Design our talent acquisition strategy and hiring pipeline
• Create onboarding systems that get new team members delivering value within 30 days
• Optimize our processes across media buying, creative, and client delivery
• Implement quality standards that ensure exceptional client deliverables
• Drive cross-functional coordination and accountability
• Free our CEO to focus entirely on growth initiatives
