The Opportunity:

As our Operations Leader, you'll build the infrastructure that powers our growth from 10 to 25+ team members while maintaining our obsession with results.

You'll:

* Design our talent acquisition strategy and hiring pipeline
* Create onboarding systems that get new team members delivering value within 30 days
* Optimize our processes across media buying, creative, and client delivery
* Implement quality standards that ensure exceptional client deliverables
* Drive cross-functional coordination and accountability
* Free our CEO to focus entirely on growth initiatives

* Reporting directly to CEO
* Working hours aligned with Central Time Zone
* Compensation includes base salary plus performance bonuses tied to company profit
