This role is for a highly enthusiastic and experienced US Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness and conversion through key third-party retail partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong grasp of both trade and digital marketing, capable of translating overarching strategy into impactful, localized activations. This position offers significant growth potential within a dynamic and expanding team focused on the wellness industry.
Responsibilities:
- Integrate with third-party retail partners to identify and capitalize on marketing opportunities, ensuring alignment with commercial calendars for strategic synergy.
- Drive traffic and awareness of the brand through digital channels, supporting digital marketing and e-commerce strategies within third-party retail.
- Lead Product Detail Page (PDP) management to ensure consistent brand messaging across all e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with national sales and education teams to maximize in-store eventing opportunities and manage retail marketing assets, including signage and sampling.
- Act as the primary marketing liaison between the Head of Business Development and the Chief Marketing Officer, ensuring seamless communication and execution of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of marketing experience with a strong focus on retail trade marketing (60%), coupled with media/PR (20%), events (10%), and e-commerce (10%) expertise within the beauty or personal care industry.
- Demonstrated experience working with major third-party beauty retailers, particularly in understanding their full marketing ecosystem, including trade, promotional, and media calendars.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing business needs, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexible on location, though West Coast or Chicago-based is preferred for easier collaboration with key stakeholders. Travel approximately 1-2 times per quarter for team meetings and event activations.
