Join a dynamic, consumer-focused fashion and bridal retail brand that is redefining its digital marketing landscape. They are seeking a hands-on, strategic expert to become an integral part of our newly restructured marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to directly impact their customer engagement and revenue growth by taking ownership of the email automation programs from strategy to execution.

This role is open to remote candidates. You may be requested to keep PST business hours. If you are local to San Jose, CA; hybrid is encouraged!

Responsibilities:

Pioneer Strategy: Help architect and lead the automated email strategy across growth and lifecycle marketing communications. You will map customer journeys, develop logic based on behavior, and drive impactful, email automations.
KPIs and Reporting: Take ownership of KPIs, including revenue and conversion rates. Build and execute a testing roadmap to continuously optimize flows and identify opportunities for incremental growth. Report weekly/monthly to stakeholders with recommendations on where to fill in gaps and boost revenue and engagement.
Collaborate and Execute: Partner with creative, analytics, and product teams to launch compelling, cohesive campaigns. Utilize your hands-on expertise with tools like Klaviyo to build, test, and deploy complex automations.

Qualifications:

Proven Experience: 4+ years of hands-on, direct-to-consumer (DTC) retail experience in email marketing automation. Experience in fashion or bridal is ideal but not required.
Core Skills: Demonstrated proficiency with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo (ideal), Braze, or Mailchimp. You must have a strong understanding of segmentation, customer journey mapping, and A/B testing.
Strategic & Proactive: You are a strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically. We seek a proactive individual who takes initiative and thrives on identifying new opportunities to accelerate growth.
Other Skills: Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email customization is ideal.
