Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end demand generation strategy — from media partnerships and influencer campaigns to paid digital and event activations — to capture high-intent B2B and B2C audiences.
- Build and manage a performance-first marketing team: content, social, PR, and digital ads — ensuring messaging clarity, channel ROI, and funnel alignment.
- Forge strategic alliances with media houses, HR tech platforms, edtech influencers, and industry bodies to amplify Career Bloc’s authority in career transformation.
- Own the marketing P&L: optimize CAC, LTV, and campaign ROI while scaling paid acquisition, organic reach, and conversion funnels across channels.
- Translate product-led growth into compelling GTM stories — turning platform features into customer-centric campaigns that drive sign-ups, retention, and referrals.
- Represent Career Bloc at national conferences, employer summits, and media roundtables — positioning us as the thought leader in India’s career-tech revolution.
