About the Role

An advanced AI research initiative is engaging experienced data science professionals to contribute to a series of high-impact research projects. This work involves code validation, prompt refinement, algorithmic evaluation, and benchmarking model performance. Key Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated prompts, responses, and code
• Validate technical concepts for accuracy and correctness
• Provide structured feedback on solution quality, clarity, and applicability
• Tag and organize content by difficulty level and domain
• Support benchmarking tasks to assess model performance

Ideal Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied statistics (industry or research)
• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (Bachelor’s minimum; advanced degree preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R, Java, or Scala is a plus
• Hands-on experience building and deploying ML models using frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Expertise in statistical analysis, data wrangling, and feature engineering with large datasets

Project Timeline

• Start Date: Immediate
• Duration: 1–2 months
• Commitment: Part-time, ~15–25 hours/week (with flexibility up to 40 hours/week)
• Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous — flexible working hours

Compensation & Contract

• Competitive hourly rate: $80–$120 USD/hour (based on experience)
• Independent contractor arrangement
• Payments issued daily via Stripe Connect
