Job Description Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing/Creative Operations Manager to drive delivery of successful vendor and contractor management within the Brand division. This includes but is not limited to vendor onboards and payments, budget management, compliance process documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and maintain Creative Team Ops documentation including but not limited to:
Master Vendor Request tracker
Brand Tools tracker
Master Creative Ops Budget
Creative Activation Budget
Evolved specialty payment steps, as needed
Teams meeting recaps, as needed
Effectively lead discussions with internal business partners to onboard vendors, talent and customers with appropriate paperwork.
Work closely with Legal and Procurement to process contracts (e.g., NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, ICAs, ESAs, DPAs etc.) and meet key deadlines.
Support the Sr. Ops Manager owning monthly budget deliverables- consolidation of all vendor invoices, accrual submissions to Accounting and quarterly spend re-forecasting.
Prepare POs and SCONs for vendors and customer talent working closely with Procurement, Vendor Invoice and Accounting teams to process. Manage all payment approvals and oversee all expedited payments.
Recommend and drive for new/improved tools including Gen AI based tools.
Provide operational contract and onboard support to Customer Talent team.
Co-lead Team Ops internal trainings.
