Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer (Contract) with a strong background in game design or gamification. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Figma and capable of designing engaging, user-friendly interfaces that incorporate principles from game mechanics to elevate user experience and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype gamified user flows, interfaces, and interactive elements using Figma
• Translate product requirements into intuitive, game-like user experiences
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility
• Implement UX best practices to create user journeys that are both functional and enjoyable
• Participate in user feedback sessions and iterate designs based on real-world insights

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing game-inspired or gamified product experiences
• Proficient in Figma and modern design tools
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design
• Demonstrated experience with gamification strategies and behavioral engagement techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous work on SaaS applications
• Familiarity with game mechanics such as rewards, levels, badges, streaks, and challenges
• Motion design or animation experience is a plus

Contract Details:

• Location: Remote
• Type: Contract (part-time or full-time)
• Duration: 2–3 months to start, with potential for extension
